WHAT’S THE BEST MATERIAL FOR BI-FOLDING AND SLIDING PATIO DOORS?
Aluminium is the best choice as they come thermally broken which reduces the chance of condensation. Aluminium doors are very thermally efficient have slim sightlines and come in over 200 RAL colours. They also require little to no maintenance.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FROM POINT OF SALE TO INSTALLATION?
This depends on the product but generally 10-12 weeks for aluminium and 12-14 weeks for timber. Give us a call to discuss.
ARE YOUR FITTERS DIRECTLY EMPLOYED?
Yes. We have 3 teams of directly employed fitters who are very experienced. They are clean and tidy, conscientious, polite and are great representatives of our company.
DO YOUR WINDOWS / DOORS COME WITH A GUARANTEE?
Of course. All of our installations come with a manufacturers guarantee and a 10 year installation backed warranty. We are also members of the DGCOS which protects your deposit. DGCOS ensure that the quality of all its members installation is of high quality.
HOW CAN WE TELL IF THE PRODUCT IS WELL MANUFACTURED / GOOD QUALITY?
That’s our job. We only use fabricators who we know and trust. We visit their factories and ensure the latest tooling is used and the correct manufacturing procedures and standards are met.
ARE SASH WINDOWS EXPENSIVE?
Traditional sash windows are typically more expensive than aluminium or PVCu. Manual fabrication and multiple spray finishes add significant cost to the finished product.
WHAT STYLES / TYPES OF WINDOWS DO YOU SELL?
We sell casement, sash, tilt and turn, folding, sliding. We also sell internal secondary glazing should you not wish to replace your original windows or your property is listed.

Very professional. I have used other window companies before but the service provided by them left much to be desired when compared to Window Santuary. Any snagging problem was promptly sorted out by the management promptly and to our satisfaction. The workers were very punctual, came daily and stopped only when fully finished. One year ago we had our windows and doors installed. We are very happy with the product so far. What made me write a review one year later is their amazing customer service. Our door needed adjustment and I asked someone to look at it and fix it. They send an engineer the next day, who came on time and managed to fix it. Very pleased. As it is quite rare these days, companies cut corners and dont look after their clients.

I cannot recommend “The Window Sanctuary “ enough. We have a very modern property with large expanses of glass, Aluminium frames were advised and were very competitively priced. The level of customer service was exceptional throughout, the installation process caused minimal disruption and the finished windows and Bi-fold doors look fantastic

From the start The Window Sanctuary were friendly and polite and a pleasure to deal with. They offered lots of advice, especially helpful as our installation was a little tricky. We also had lots of issues with our extension which caused delays our end, which The Window Sanctuary worked around, even though it meant the installation had to be carried out in two lots, when initially it was meant to happen in one go - they were very accommodating and patient, thank you! Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service and quality products I had my front door replaced by The Window Sanctuary and I am delighted with the results. The fitters were punctual and polite. The process was so quick & easy and any queries I had were dealt with very efficiently. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will definitely use them again in the future.
