WHAT’S THE BEST MATERIAL FOR BI-FOLDING AND SLIDING PATIO DOORS?
Aluminium is the best choice as they come thermally broken which reduces the chance of condensation. Aluminium doors are very thermally efficient have slim sightlines and come in over 200 RAL colours. They also require little to no maintenance.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FROM POINT OF SALE TO INSTALLATION?
This depends on the product but generally 10-12 weeks for aluminium and 12-14 weeks for timber. Give us a call to discuss.
ARE YOUR FITTERS DIRECTLY EMPLOYED?
Yes. We have 3 teams of directly employed fitters who are very experienced. They are clean and tidy, conscientious, polite and are great representatives of our company.
DO YOUR WINDOWS / DOORS COME WITH A GUARANTEE?
Of course. All of our installations come with a manufacturers guarantee and a 10 year installation backed warranty. We are also members of the DGCOS which protects your deposit. DGCOS ensure that the quality of all its members installation is of high quality.
HOW CAN WE TELL IF THE PRODUCT IS WELL MANUFACTURED / GOOD QUALITY?
That’s our job. We only use fabricators who we know and trust. We visit their factories and ensure the latest tooling is used and the correct manufacturing procedures and standards are met.
ARE SASH WINDOWS EXPENSIVE?
Traditional sash windows are typically more expensive than aluminium or PVCu. Manual fabrication and multiple spray finishes add significant cost to the finished product.
WHAT STYLES / TYPES OF WINDOWS DO YOU SELL?
We sell casement, sash, tilt and turn, folding, sliding. We also sell internal secondary glazing should you not wish to replace your original windows or your property is listed.

We had a few quotes for 2 x black aluminium windows and French aluminium doors with fixed side panels. The Window Sanctuary were the most competitively priced and were quick to respond to our quote request and follow up questions. The timeline they gave for delivery and installation was accurate and the installers did a great job. We are really happy with our high quality and stylish looking doors and windows! Makes such a difference to our house.

If you've ever built a house you'll appreciate how hit and miss glass contractors can be, but The Window Sanctuary stand out as reliable, good quality and easy to deal with. The guys turned up on time, worked really hard and did a fantastic job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

A great experience with these guys from beginning to end. We had 2 windows replaced and had them altered to larger sizes. Also had 2 doors replaced, one to a full size which meant taking out walls and sidelights. A messy job but the team came in and within 2 days it was out with the old ones, all rubble taken away, and new frames in. The second team then came in to install the glass and the bars and make good the walls inside and out to a fine finish. Couldn't fault it. Amazing work. Would and have recommended this company to everyone who has seen and admired our new windows and doors. A++++

Very professional. I have used other window companies before but the service provided by them left much to be desired when compared to Window Santuary. Any snagging problem was promptly sorted out by the management promptly and to our satisfaction. The workers were very punctual, came daily and stopped only when fully finished. I would highly recommend this window company to others.
