DO YOU CHARGE FOR SITE VISITS / QUOTATIONS?
Absolutely not, we provide free expert advise & free site visits / no obligation quotations.
WHAT’S THE BEST MATERIAL FOR BI-FOLDING & SLIDING PATIO DOORS
Aluminium is the best. They come thermally broken which reduces the chance of condensation, they have thermally efficient, slim sightlines and come in over 200 RAL colours. They also require no maintenance.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FROM POINT OF SALE TO INSTALLATION?
This depends on the product, but usually 6-8 weeks for Aluminium, 10-12 weeks for Timber.
ARE YOUR FITTERS DIRECTLY EMPLOYED?
Yes, we have 2 teams of directly employed fitters. They are very experienced, clean & tidy, polite and are great representatives of our Company.
DO YOUR WINDOWS / DOORS COME WITH A GUARANTEE?
Of course, all our installations come with a manufactures guarantee and a 10 year installation backed warranty. We are also members of the DGCOS which protects your deposit and DGCOS ensure that the quality of all its members installation is of high quality.
HOW CAN WE TELL IF THE PRODUCT IS WELL MANUFACTURED / GOOD QUALITY?
That’s our job, we only use fabricators who we know and trust. We visit their factories and ensure the latest tooling is used and the correct manufacturing procedures and standards are met.
ARE SASH WINDOWS EXPENSIVE?
Traditional sash windows are typically more expensive than Aluminium or PVCU, due to the quality of the Timber used and the manufacturing process.
WHAT STYLES / TYPES OF WINDOWS DO YOU SELL?
We sell casement, sash, tilt and turn, folding and sliding. We also sell internal secondary glazing should you not wish to replace your original windows or your property is listed.

A great experience with The Window Sanctuary. They supplied and installed some celestial windows and roof lights to a loft conversion that we carried out. It is a period property with original sash windows and it was important to us that the new windows were in keeping with the character of the original house. We are delighted with the finished product. The customer service was very good and they were amenable when our architect got carried away and the window sizes increased quite materially from the original quotation - thereby working hard to minimise the extra costs. The quotation process was quick and efficient. Their surveyor, Steve, was very professional and also had a strong technical knowledge to help advise us during the build stage. The installation team were very professional and worked extremely hard to get the windows fitted during poor weather. The lady on the front desk, Jeannette, was also very friendly/helpful despite my numerous calls to the office throughout the process. There were a few delays but this was the result of CoVid as opposed to anything in their control, and Simon worked hard to get the order pushed through the suppliers and installed promptly. I always like to support local businesses and this one did not disappoint. Will definitely use them again going forward for any further works. Thank you.

A great experience with these guys from beginning to end. We had 2 windows replaced and had them altered to larger sizes. Also had 2 doors replaced, one to a full size which meant taking out walls and sidelights. A messy job but the team came in and within 2 days it was out with the old ones, all rubble taken away, and new frames in. The second team then came in to install the glass and the bars and make good the walls inside and out to a fine finish. Couldn't fault it. Amazing work. Would and have recommended this company to everyone who has seen and admired our new windows and doors. A++++

The team at The Window Sanctuary have been a delight to work with. They have given us really personal customer service, ensuring that every final detail works for us and our build and have listened to what is important to us (happy to be flex when we change our minds!). Quick to respond and offering a really consultative approach, alongside good value for high quality products, I would strongly recommend their service. I was really specific in what I wanted for bifold doors, wanting time achieve that much coveted Crittall appearance and they’ve made this work for us with a good quality option that doesn’t break the bank. What a find!

Really enjoyed dealing with the Window Sanctuary. The office team are very friendly and courteous and the installation team were good fun and very thorough. The finishing touches were beyond my expectations. We're delighted with our new windows and the enhanced view they provide.
