DO YOU CHARGE FOR SITE VISITS / QUOTATIONS?
Absolutely not, we provide free expert advise & free site visits / no obligation quotations.
WHAT’S THE BEST MATERIAL FOR BI-FOLDING & SLIDING PATIO DOORS
Aluminium is the best as they come thermally broken which reduces the chance of condensation, they are very thermally efficient, slim sight lines, and come in over 200 RAL colours. They also require little to no maintenance.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FROM POINT OF SALE TO INSTALLATION?
This depends on the product, but generally 6-8 weeks for Aluminium, 6-8 weeks for Timber, 4-6 weeks for PVCU / Composite Windows / Doors.
ARE YOUR FITTERS DIRECTLY EMPLOYED?
Yes, we have 2 teams of directly employed fitters, very experienced, clean & tidy conscientious, polite and are great representatives of our Company.
DO YOUR WINDOWS / DOORS COME WITH A GUARANTEE?
Of course, all our installations come with a manufactures guarantee and a 10 year installation backed warranty. We are also members of the DGCOS which protects your deposit and DGCOS ensure that the quality of all its members installation is of high quality.
HOW CAN WE TELL IF THE PRODUCT IS WELL MANUFACTURED / GOOD QUALITY?
That’s our job, we only use fabricators who we know and trust. We visit their factories and ensure the latest tooling is used and the correct manufacturing procedures and standards are met.
ARE SASH WINDOWS EXPENSIVE?
Traditional sash windows are typically more expensive than Aluminium or PVCU, due to the quality of the Timber used and the manufacturing process.
HOW MUCH DO TIMBER SASH WINDOWS COST?
A typical Sash window 1000 x 1500 we estimate the cost of supply and install approximately £1,600 including VAT.
WHAT STYLES / TYPES OF WINDOWS DO YOU SELL?
We sell casement, sash, tilt and turn, folding, sliding we also sell internal secondary glazing should you not wish to replace your original windows or your property is listed.

I cannot recommend “The Window Sanctuary “ enough. We have a very modern property with large expanses of glass, Aluminium frames were advised and were very competitively priced. The level of customer service was exceptional throughout, the installation process caused minimal disruption and the finished windows and Bi-fold doors look fantastic

We had a few quotes for 2 x black aluminium windows and French aluminium doors with fixed side panels. The Window Sanctuary were the most competitively priced and were quick to respond to our quote request and follow up questions. The timeline they gave for delivery and installation was accurate and the installers did a great job. We are really happy with our high quality and stylish looking doors and windows! Makes such a difference to our house.

We had our conservatory doors replaced with by-fold doors by The Window Sanctuary and are very pleased with the results . The company were very helpful and spent lots of time with us answering our questions before we actually placed our order. A great experience with The Window Sanctuary. They supplied and installed some celestial windows and roof lights to a loft conversion that we carried out. It is a period property with original sash windows and it was important to us that the new windows were in keeping with the character of the original house. We are delighted with the finished product. The customer service was very good and they were amenable when our architect got carried away and the window sizes increased quite materially from the original quotation - thereby working hard to minimise the extra costs. The quotation process was quick and efficient. Their surveyor, Steve, was very professional and also had a strong technical knowledge to help advise us during the build stage. The installation team were very professional and worked extremely hard to get the windows fitted during poor weather. The lady on the front desk, Jeannette, was also very friendly/helpful despite my numerous calls to the office throughout the process. There were a few delays but this was the result of CoVid as opposed to anything in their control, and Simon worked hard to get the order pushed through the suppliers and installed promptly. I always like to support local businesses and this one did not disappoint. Will definitely use them again going forward for any further works. Thank you.
